Abstract | U radu proučavamo laktacijske modele za modeliranje dnevnog prinosa mlijeka muznih krava
tijekom laktacije. Prvo definiramo osnovne pojmove kao što su laktacija, prinos mlijeka,
laktacijska krivulja i perzistencija. Zatim se usmjeravamo na statističku analizu podataka
ustupljenih od tvrtke Farmeron d.o.o. koja uključuje deskriptivnu statistiku, grafičke prikaze
prinosa mlijeka i kutijastih dijagrama te primjenu različitih statističkih testova. Na osnovu
statističke analize podataka prinose mlijeka muznih krava dijelimo u tri grupe. Prvu grupu
čine prinosi mlijeka muznih krava u prvoj laktaciji, drugu prinosi mlijeka muznih krava u
drugoj laktaciji i treću prinosi mlijeka muznih krava u trećoj ili većoj laktaciji.
Nakon statističke analize podataka prelazimo na glavnu tematiku rada, a to su laktacijski
modeli. U radu proučavamo četiri laktacijska modela. To su Woodov laktacijski model
i njegova modifikacija te Wilminkov i MilkBot laktacijski model. Svaki model u svojoj
definiciji uključuje odredeni broja parametara koje je potrebno procijeniti. Procjenu radimo
koristeći Levenberg-Marquardt algoritam. Modele usporedujemo koristeći grafičke prikaze
laktacijskih krivulja dobivenih modelima i mjere kvalitete modela od kojih ćemo koristiti
korigirani \mathbb{R}^{2}, standardnu grešku reziduala te Akaike i Bayesov informacijski kriterij.
U zadnjem dijelu diplomskog rada prikazat ćemo novi model dobiven kombinacijom Woodovog
i MilkBot laktacijskog modela te njegovu usporedbu s Woodovim, MilkBot i Wilminkovim
laktacijskim modelom. Novi model pokazat će se kao najbolji za modeliranje dnevnog
prinosa mlijeka krava. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The thesis will be dealing with lactation models for modeling the daily milk yield during the
lactation period. First we define the basic concepts such as lactation, milk yield, lactation
curve and persistency. After that we focus on statstical analysis of data provided by company
Farmeron d.o.o which includes descriptive statistics, plot of daily milk yield during lactation
period, boxplots and the applications of various statistical tests. We divided dairy cows into
three gropus. First group consits from dairy cows in first lactation, second from dairy cows
in second lactation and third drom dairy cows in third or bigger lactation.
After statistical analysis we pass to the main thesis of this paper. That are lactation
models. We describe four lacation model. That are: Wilmink, MilkBot, Wood lactation
model and modification of Wood lactation model. Each model in his definition has several
parameters which we need to estimate. We estimate them using Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.
Then we compare lacation models using plots of lactation curves and measures for
the quality of models such as adjusted \mathbb{R}^{2},, residual standard deviation, Akaike and Bayesian
information criterion.
In the last part of thesis we will show new model which is combination of Wood and MilkBot
lactation model and compare him with Wood, MilkBot and Wilmink lactation model
that will prove the best for modeling dairy milk yield during lactation in all gropus. |
