Abstract
U ovom završnom radu promatramo kanonski oblik jednadžbi krivulja drugog reda. U prvom poglavlju promatramo centralnu elipsu, kružnicu, hiperbolu i parabolu. Iz definicije i svojstava krivulja određujemo svakoj krivulji jednadžbu u kanonskom obliku s centrom u ishodištu koordinatnog sustava. U drugom poglavlju promatramo necentralne krivulje drugog reda. U prvom potpoglavlju promatramo kako translacija utječe na jednadžbu krivulje u kanonskom obliku, a zatim u drugom potpoglavlju promatramo kako rotacija utječe na kanonski oblik krivulja drugog reda. Na kraju poglavlja promatramo se opći oblik jednadžbe krivulje drugog reda svodi na kanoski oblik kroz primjere, koristeći rezultate iz prethodnih potpoglavlja.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, we consider the canonical form of equations of second-order curves. In the first chapter, we look at the central ellipse, circle, hyperbola and parabola. From the definition and properties of curves, we determine for each curve an equation in canonical form with the center at the origin of the coordinate system. In the second chapter, we look at non-central curves of the second order. In the first sub chapter we observe how translation affects the equation of a curve in the canonical form, and then in the second sub chapter we observe how rotation affects the canonical form of second-order curves. At the end of the chapter, we observe the general form of the second-order curve equation reduced to the canonical form through examples, using the results from the previous sub chapter
