Abstract
Kada se nekom spomene riječ matematika ljudi često pomisle na opširni sadržaj koji ona donosi i složene algoritme za rješavanje matematičkih zadataka. Kroz godine podučavanje matematike se mijenja. Danas u podučavanju matematike sve više je naglasak na razvoju matematičkog mišljenja kod učenika kako bi što samostalnije rješavali matematičke probleme što na kraju dovodi do rješavanja svakodnevnih životnih problema. U ovom radu iznijet ćemo osam matematičkih standarda donesenih u Americi kako... More bi usmjerili učitelje na način podučavanja matematike. U svakom standardu detaljno su opisane kompetencije kojima uˇcenik treba ˇsto bolje ovladati. Naglasak se nalazi na razumijevanju načina rješavanja zadataka kako bi ga učenik mogao primijeniti u bilo kojem sličnom zadatku. Njeguje se argumentiranje riješenih zadataka i razmjenjivanje mišljenja medu učenicima. Smatra se vrlo bitnim rješavanje problemskih zadataka jer oni potiču kognitivne procese kojima će učenici znati riješiti i svakodnevne životne probleme. Ponekad nije dovoljno samo objasniti svaki standard kako bi učitelji shvatili što se od njih očekuje. Iz tog razloga u svakom poglavlju napisani su primjeri koji kod učenika mogu izazvati primjenu određenog standarda i načini na koji bi učenici mogli razmišljati rješavajući neki primjer. Često odgovori učenika mogu biti nepredvidivi pa jedan primjer može učenike potaknuti na primjenu više od jednog standarda. Abstract (english)
When you mention to someone word mathematics people often think of its wide content and complex algorithms for solving mathematical problems. Over the years the teaching of mathematics has changed. Today, in teaching mathematics, there is an increasing emphasis on the development of mathematical thinking so students could solve mathematical problems as independently as possible, which ultimately leads to solving everyday life problems. In this paper we will present eight mathematical... More standards adopted in America to guide teachers in teaching mathematics. Each standard describes in detail the competencies that the student needs to master as well as possible. The emphasis is on understanding how to solve tasks so that the student can apply it in any similar task. Arguing of solved tasks and exchange of opinions among students is nurtured. It is considered very important to solve problem tasks because they stimulate cognitive processes by which students will be able to solve everyday life problems. Sometimes it is not enough to just explain each standard for teachers to understand what is expected of them. For this reason, in each chapter, there are examples that arose students to apply a certain standard and ways in which students could think by solving an example. Often students’ responses can be unpredictable, so one example may encourage students to apply more than one standard. At the end of each chapter, teachers can find out how they will know if students have adopted these standards. Less
