Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad upoznajemo i obrađujemo Pellove jednadžbe, tražimo njihova rješnja, razmatramo razne slučaje postojanja rješenja i njihov oblik. Bitnu ulogu u radu čine i verižni razlomci pomoću kojih također možemo tražiti rješenja ovih jednadžbi. Naposljetku proučavamo pellovsku jednadžbu, dodajemo nove pojmove i svojstva. Cijeli rad prožet je primjerima kojima bolje predočavamo teoreme i upotrebe određenih algoritama.
Abstract (english)
Through this paper we will get to know and elaborate Pell’s equations and look for their solutions. We will consider some cases of the existence of solution and their form. Continued fractions have an important role in the paper because using them we can also find solutions for these equation. Finally, we will study Pellian equation with some new and special concept. Entire paper contains examples that better ilustrate theorems and applications.
