Abstract
U radu je objašnjen problem nejednake težine biračkog glasa u različitim izbornim jedinicama Republike Hrvatske. Opisano je projektno rješenje koje pomaže u stvaranju raspodjele izbornih jedinica tako da se postigne zakonski zadovoljavajuća ujednačenost težine biračkog glasa. Detaljno je objašnjen način rada i način korištenja stvorene web aplikacije koja omogućava korisnicima da prema osobnom kriteriju stvore raspodjelu izbornih jedinica i dobiju objektivan uvid u kvalitetu raspodjele. Definirani su indeksi koji na različite načine mogu mjeriti ujednačenost težine biračkog glasa.
Abstract (english)
The paper explains the problem of unequal voting weight across different electoral districts in the Republic of Croatia. It describes a web application that assists in creating a distribution of constituencies that achieves voting equality. The paper provides a detailed explanation of how the created web application works and how it can be used, allowing users to create a distribution of constituencies according to their personal criteria and obtain an objective assessment of the distribution’s quality. The paper provides an overlook of indices used for measuring the uniformity of voting weight.
