Abstract
U ovom radu upoznat ćemo se s pojmom realnog vektorskog prostora i nekim specijalnim realnim vektorskim prostorima. Defnirat ćemo preslikavanja uz koja realan vektorski prostor postaje unitaran, normiran i metrički te familiju skupova uz koju on postaje topološki prostor. Ilustrirat ćemo način na koji se unitaran prostor može proširiti do normiranog, normiran do metričkog i metrički do topološkog prostora. Također, upoznat ćemo se s Banachovim i Hilbertovim prostorom. Navest ćemo primjere, svojstva i tvrdnje koje vrijede u pojedinom prostoru.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we will get familiar with the term real vector space and some special real vector spaces. We will dene mappings that make a real vector space into an inner product space, normed space and metric space, and a family of sets that makes it into a topological space. We will illustrate the way in which an inner product space can be extended to a normed space, normed to a metric, and metric to a topological space. We will also get familiar with Banach and Hilbert spaces. We will list examples, properties and statements that are valid in each of the mentioned spaces.
