Abstract
Kad uspoređujemo metode djelitelja u razmjernim izbornim sustavima, stavljamo fokus na različite tehnike koje koristimo pri dodjeli zastupničkih mjesta u zakonodavnim tijelima, što se temelji na broju glasova koje su pojedine političke stranke dobile. Glavni cilj razmjernih izbornih sustava je osigurati da spomenuta dodjela mjesta odražava preference birača što je točnije moguće. Metode djelitelja matematički su algoritmi koje koristimo u tom slučaju, tj. kako bismo odredili koliki će broj mjesta pojedina stranka dobiti obzirom na broj dobivenih glasova. Ove metode osiguravaju poštenost izbornih procesa. Kad govorimo o uspoređivanju metoda djelitelja, zapravo ispitujemo i ocjenjujemo pojedine metode u svrhu procjene njihove učinkovitosti u postizanju razmjerne zastupljenosti.
Abstract (english)
When we compare divisor methods in proportional electoral systems, we focus on different techniques used for allocating legislative seats based on the number of votes received by individual political parties. The primary goal of proportional electoral systems is to ensure that this allocation of seats reflects the preferences of voters as accurately as possible. Divisor methods are mathematical algorithms used in this context to determine the number of seats a particular party will receive based on the number of votes they have obtained. These methods ensure the fairness of the electoral process. When we talk about comparing divisor methods, we are actually examining and evaluating these methods to assess their effectiveness in achieving proportional representation.
