Abstract
Tema ovog rada je testiranje statističkih hipoteza. Prvo smo ponovili neke osnovne pojmove koji su nam bili potrebni za daljnje razumijevanje rada. Zatim smo definirali bitne pojmove vezane uz statističke hipoteze kao što su statistički model, kritično područje i razina značajnosti. Nakon toga opisivali smo razne testove koje koristimo u testiranju, počevši prvo s onima nad jednim uzorkom (testovi o očekivanju, test o proporciji, test o kvantilima i test o distribuciji). Potom smo opisali one testove koji se temelje na dva uzorka, prvo za nezavisne slučajne uzorke, a potom one za vezane slučajne uzorke. Uz korištenje R-a napravili smo primjere koristeći konkretne baze podataka koje se nalaze unutar programa.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is hypothesis testing. Firstly we reviewed some basic concepts that are necessary for further understanding of the thesis. Then, we defined important concepts related to statistical hypotheses such as statistical model, critical region and significance level. After that, we described various tests used in hypothesis testing, starting with those involving a single sample (t-test, binomial test, quantile test, Kolmogorov–Smirnov test and \(\chi ^{2}\) -test). Following that, we explained tests that involve two samples, beginning with independent random samples and then those involving dependent random samples. We created examples using specific databases that are involved in R.
