Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se grupnim odlučivanjem i pripadnim metodama. U prvom poglavlju definiraju se osnovne definicije i pojmovi teorije odlučivanja. U nastavku, istražuju se ključni aspekti i izazovi grupnog odlučivanja, opisuje jednostavno pravilo većine, a zatim problem nemogućnosti grupiranja individualnih preferencija u grupne odluke na način koji bi zadovoljavao sve racionalne kriterije.Posebna pažnja posvećena je Arrowljevom teoremu o nemogućnosti. Rad također istražuje funkcije vrijednosti grupe i metode međusobne usporedbe, te analizira mogućnosti grupiranja funkcija vrijednosti pojedinaca u grupnu funkciju koja je u skladu s Arrovljevim aksiomima.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis deals with group decision making and related methods. The first chapter defines the basic definitions and concepts of the decision theory. Later, it explores the key aspects and challenges of group decision making, describes the simple majority rule, and then addresses the problem of the impossibility of aggregating individual preferences into group decisions in a way that satisfies all rational criteria. Special attention is given to Arrow’s impossibility theorem. The thesis also investigates group value functions and comparison methods, then also analyzes the possibilities of aggregating individual value functions into a group value function that complies with Arrow’s axioms.
