Abstract
Na početku rada upoznali smo se s pojmom odlučivanja te ostalim pojmovima vezanim za odlučivanje. U nastavku rada definirali smo tablicu odlučivanja te pokazali kako se tablica jednostavno zapisuje koristeći stablo odlučivanja. Opisali smo dijelove stabla te njegove prednosti i nedostatke, a najviše smo se bavili primjerima iz raznih područja života u kojima se za donošenje odluke mogu koristiti stabla odlučivanja. Krenuli smo od jednostavnijih primjera u kojima stabla nisu naročito razgranata i postupno smo dolazili do složenijih primjera u kojima smo koristili određene vjerojatnosne formule te funkciju korisnosti kako bi došli do najbolje moguće odluke. Na kraju rada definirali smo stav prema riziku te smo opisali vezu stava prema riziku i funkcije korisnosti.
Abstract (english)
At the beginning of this graduate thesis we were introduced to the concept of decision-making and other concepts related to decision-making. In the continuation of the thesis, we defined the decision table and showed how the table simply turns into a decision tree. We have described the parts of the tree and its advantages and disadvantages, and we have mostly dealt with examples from various areas of life in which decision trees can be used to make a decision. We started from simpler examples in which the trees are not particularly branched and gradually came to more complex examples in which we used certain probability formulas and the utility function to come up with the best possible decision. At the end of the thesis, we defined the risk attitude and described the relationship between risk attitude and utility function.
